										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cabin Fever, what is it, and how can you reduce and or eliminate the effects? People experience Cabin Fever when they are unable to leave their home and engage in social interaction. As more and more people work from home, their world shrinks in size. Now they are working and living in the same space, and we are all feeling the need to spread out.</p>
<p>So many people are trying to keep themselves and others safe as they tend to stay inside away from large crowds and even when they go out, they generally try to limit the amount of people that they are interacting with. The isolation, the staying in one place, is creating a lot of Cabin Fever symptomology, such symptoms may include feelings of depression, restlessness, irritability, and loneliness.</p>

<p>Traditionally, people may have had to stay indoors due to snowy or icy weather conditions or travel restrictions. Today, people around the world are experiencing cabin fever while physically isolating in response to the <a class="content-link css-29oowu" href="https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/covid-19-what-mnts-experts-want-you-to-know-now">COVID-19 pandemic</a>.</p>
<p>While there are different tools and techniques, such as Hypnosis and Meditation,  to help deal with these symptoms, the following tips are just a few of the things you will learn, through Foundations Medical Hypnosis and Life Coaching, that can help you manage cabin fever and limit its psychological, physical, and behavioral effects.</p>

<li><strong><a href="https://www.dlscottpersonalenergymastery.com/hypnosis-and-how-it-works/">Learn to relax:</a> </strong>Using meditation and deep breathing is a powerful tool / technique to change your thoughts and emotions. The power of Hypnosis is a very effective way of learning how to change your brain wave patterns, and lower the levels of negative chemicals, such as Adrenaline, and Cortisol, that cause stress and thus symptoms of Cabin Fever, such as depression, restlessness,  and irritability. Using Hypnosis and meditative techniques will also allow you to learn how to flood your body with more positive chemicals such as norenepherine, dopamine, and serotonin. By learning to produce and increase these chemical levels your focus on the positive increases., which leads to the next tip:</li>
<li><strong><a href="https://www.dlscottpersonalenergymastery.com/change-your-thinking-change-your-life-with-hypnosis/">Focus on the positives in your life</a>:</strong> Sometimes this is harder than we think. With all of the negative news and chatter on social and news media we need to  express and consciously focus on gratitude every day. One of the things that you will learn with Foundation Medical Hypnosis and Life Coaching is to create a daily list of what it is you are grateful for and how do those things make you feel. Writing them down you can reflect on them at later times. Some examples of these things may include:

<li>having the time to be creative and learn a new hobby or finishing a project you have been putting off for a long time.</li>

<li><strong>Go easy on yourself:</strong> No matter what methods you use, it can take time to adapt to a new way of living. As the fourth step in &#8220;The Four Agreements&#8221; states, always do your best. This means that some days you will find yourself doing all the right things and somedays you will find yourself falling flat on your face. Remember when a child is first learning to walk, they take a couple of steps and they fall. Well if they stay down and never get up, they will never learn to walk, Each time they get up they increase the amount of steps they take. Keep at it, continue to practice. Using techniques such as Hypnosis and Meditation will give the perfect tool to lean to keep your focus and get to your goal.</li>
<li><strong>Develop routines and stick to them:</strong> Creating, developing and following a routine can help you <a class="content-link css-29oowu" href="https://www.cs.rit.edu/~tbk/REF_PAPERS/Staying_Sane_In_Quarantine__Thomas_B_Kinsman_PhD_v20.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">feel </a>in control of your life and situation.</li>
<li><strong>Follow a healthful diet:</strong> A healthful, balanced diet is important for mental as well as physical health. Develop a plan for eating healthy and stick to it.</li>
<li><strong>Keep physically active:  </strong>Daily or routine exercise can helps keep the body fit and boosts the positive mood level. It doesn&#8217;t have to be a gym routine that leaves you sweaty and exhausted, but but by  developing  an exercise routine that you can perform in your home or garden you will be amazed at how this will lift your spirits.</li>
</ol>

Repeated <a href="https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0091674900725085">Stress and Trauma actually cause Inflammation</a> in the body, and this inflammation leads to serious health conditions, that lead to long term and chronic health conditions. .</p>
<p>It is said that we are all in the same boat, but truth is that we are all in the same storm, just different boats.</p>

<p>Over the past seventeen to eighteen months, people have been isolated, and alone. They have been warned about always wearing a mask when with others, they have been warned about keeping social distance. Many clients have been weathering this global pandemic this storm, in not very safe or well equipped boats, and have found themselves feeling alone, and unsure of where to turn. Despite the fact the even now the restrictions are being lifted, in many cases, and in many locations, people are still seeking ways of <a href="https://www.dlscottpersonalenergymastery.com/hypnosis-emotional-release-therapy/">reducing and releasing the inflammation</a> that has been the result the recent trauma and stress that we have all been through.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lately I have been receiving more and more request from clients to attend Hypnosis via  Zoom Sessions, as the world continues to deal with the stress and anxiety from the effects of Covid &#8211; 19 in their lives,</p>

<p>As the world continues to deal with <a href="https://www.google.com/search?q=facts+about+covid+-+19&amp;oq=facts+about+Covid+-+19&amp;aqs=chrome.0.0i457j0i22i30l6.8943j0j15&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8">Covid -19</a> and we are told to be sure and wear a mask when with others, and also to keep social distance from others, this increasing isolation leads to  anxiety stress, anger, and PTSD issues, while many people are experiencing multiple increases in <a href="https://www.shatterproof.org/blog/why-covid-19-perfect-storm-addiction-world">addiction issue</a>s. It has been reported that drug and alcohol addiction is on the rise during this world wide pandemic, and deaths from drug and alcohol misuse are on the rise.</p>
<p>People are turning more and more to self care and healthy behaviors. Such things as Yoga, walking, meditation, and self hypnosis are being sought to help daily life, relaxation, and focus.</p>
<p>I have noted that more and more people are ordering MP3(s) that are created to help them reach deeper and deeper states of relaxation and meditation.</p>
<p>While these products are incredible powerful and do help you, the client, to achieve your goals, I would like to be able to teach the client how to utilize powerful, safe, and effective exercises that lead to mindfulness, meditation, and self hypnosis as a part of their daily lives.  The best way to do that is with 1:1 Hypnosis and Life Coaching.</p>

<p>As of last February things began to change for the entire world. We entered into a Pandemic due to <a href="https://www.google.com/search?q=facts+about+covid+-+19&amp;oq=facts+about+Covid+-+19&amp;aqs=chrome.0.0i457j0i22i30l6.8943j0j15&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8">Covid &#8211; 19</a>. People were sent home from work, some being set up to work out of the home, while others were informed that their jobs were no longer possible until the Pandemic had been contained or better controlled.</p>
<p>Whether your depression and anxiety are the result of loss of work, social isolation, or having to wear a face mask, the true problem is that a lot of people do not have the skills or techniques available to help them cope with this new reality.</p>
<p>Hypnosis is one of the most effective and powerful techniques that allow anyone to move into a place of calm and relaxation using the ability to slow down our thoughts and become mindful of the fact that &#8220;we are not at the mercy of our thoughts and emotions, but we are the master of our thoughts, we are the master of our emotions&#8221;.</p>
<p>It has been discovered that we have two different parts of our nervous system. One is the Sympathetic Nervous System, and it regulates our flight, fight, or freeze response to anything perceived as a threat, or danger. When we are on alert for any danger or issue, which includes stress and anxiety, our Sympathetic Nervous System will unleash Neurochemicals such as adrenaline and cortisol. When we use hypnosis and mindfulness as a way of reclaiming power over our thoughts and emotions, and we slow down and become aware, we lessen the speed of our brain wave patterns and activate the Para &#8211; Sympathetic Nervous System, which regulates our relaxation, calmness, and positive responses via releasing Neurochemicals, such as dopamine, norenepherine, serotonin, to enable us to eliminate or reduce tension, stress, anxiety, and depression.</p>
<p>The stress of our current world situation is causing massive amounts of depression and anxiety among people, but  does not have to be the case. <p>I recently had a client call and ask what Foundations Medical Hypnosis ERT or Emotional Release Therapy was and if it is the same as EMDR?</p>
<p>To be able to explain what <a href="https://www.emdr.com/what-is-emdr/">ERT</a>  / EMDR is, I will briefly explain how your brain works, and how your memories are processed.</p>
<p>Our brain stores literal millions of images, messages, and memories, that we have been gathering since our birth. Many of these memories, images, and messages are held in the subconscious or if you prefer the unconscious. In other words we tap into these memories, but we often times don&#8217;t consciously tap into the image, but we are flooded with the emotions that are produced by these images.</p>
<p>Take the following poem for example: &#8220;Mary had a little lamb&#8221;. When you read this, what did you think of. You probably completed the phrase with &#8220;it&#8217;s fleece was white as snow&#8221;.  Now you have probably not heard this poem in a long time, but you have heard of or been taught this when you were a child, and it became processed, or embedded into your memory. Notice that you did not have to stop and recall &#8220;it&#8217;s fleece was white as snow&#8221; . The <a href="https://www.dlscottpersonalenergymastery.com/change-your-thinking-change-your-life-with-hypnosis/">memory</a> was embedded into pathways or neurons, that were right there, ready to be activited by just hearing the first line.</p>
<p>When you read the line, &#8220;Mary had a little lamb&#8221;,  and then mentally responded with &#8220;it&#8217;s fleece was white as snow&#8221;,  there was a feeling associated with that memory. It might have been slight, it might have been strong, but none the less, there was a feeling that came up with the memory. All of our images and memories have corresponding emotions that are attached to them.</p>
<p>Some of our memories have positive emotions attached to them, some have negative emotions attached to them. We may not always recall the memory in a conscious way, but we always experience the attached emotion. This is the way that all of our memories work. We recieve the information, and it is downloaded into the hardware of our brains. Many of us have unconscious, or conscious memories of events in our past that can be considered traumatic. The Trauma may simple include the feelings of frustration or humiliation. It may include feelings of abandonment, anger, or shame.</p>
<p>We often times will experience an event that causes us to tap into old images and memories that set off the emotion attached to the old memory. We do not necessarilly re-exeperience the memory in a conscious way, but we do continue to experience the emotion attached to it.  Thus we have people who are constantly angry, stressed, anxious, or depressed, and we are not sure why.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Stress is a direct result of Ego, Agreements, and Beliefs.</p>
<p>Using Hypnosis, and ERT,  I began working with a new client for <a title="Foundations Hypnosis, Hypnosis Seattle, Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, Phobias, Fears, Addictions " href="https://www.dlscottpersonalenergymastery.com" target="_blank">Counseling -Hypnosis in North Seattle, Shoreline</a>. His long term partner had left him for someone younger, and he was left struggling with fear, stress, and depression. This fear and stress is based upon his belief that  he is bad person. One of his long held agreements is that there is something wrong with him, or his partner never would have left him.  He came to Foundations Hypnosis to help learn how to eliminate the beliefs, the stress and anger that have kept him stuck for months.<br />
As I explain, with all clients, these beliefs are the result of agreements made long ago, and those agreements embedded in the EGO are designed to keep the EGO safe, secure. They would not necessarily kept him happy or living a life of success &amp; joy, but they would allow the EGO to  keep itself in a position of safety and security.</p>
<p>How can this be possible, you may ask.</p>
<p>It was Rene Decartes, in the 17th century, who declared &#8220;I think there for I am&#8221;. This premise has been shown to be wrong over the years. You think because your brain was designed to think. It was designed to control your actions, from your heart beat, blood flow, respiration, and muscle movement. It also contains, a vast library of images and messages gathered from parents, teachers, churches, friends, television, movies and now social media,  that have been adopted by you and agreed to by you, whether the information is true or not.</p>
<p>The biggest fear that the EGO has is that of death, complete &amp; total annihilation. When you die, when your physical body dies, the EGO is done. The thoughts, the memories, the images, the totality of our mental scripts, are gone. Now the energy, the awareness, the consciousness that is the true you will go on in some fashion, it is energy, and energy never dies, it simply continues in another form, what that other form is, is still up for debate, and one that I cannot answer. What I can answer is that for you to truly enjoy your existence, for you to truly live a life of success, happiness, and joy, you have to step into the driver’s seat. You have to take control of your life, let go of traumas, fears, addictions, phobias, and anxieties. Forgive your past, and start living your present.  (As someone once said, Forgiveness is giving up all hope of having a better past).  The past is done and over with, it is simply a memory, an electrochemical bit of energy that keeps replaying over and over in your  brain. You have no control over this, but you do have control over the present moment, the choices you make in the present moment, and whether you are going to live and EGO centered life, or whether you are going to live a life based in conscious choices and deliberate creativity.</p>

<p>First you must let go of old attachments, traumas, emotional stresses, and images, and beliefs. You must allow yourself to believe that you can have the life you truly desire.</p>

Are you ready to stop the addiction, and let go of the stress and trauma that have been plaguing your life for years.  I have worked in the Hypnosis, and Chemical Addiction field for over 25 years. When I first attended school, and was taught how to help people deal with their trauma, stress, and addictions, it was a common belief that the main cause of a person&#8217;s addiction was the substance, the drug, the alcohol, etc. That belief no longer holds true. Today there is a growing body of evidence that suggest that all long term Addiction steams from Stress, and Trauma.</p>
<p>Trauma comes in many different forms and many different levels. While seeking out and talking about the original trauma, has been proven effective in some cases, the most important thing to remember is that your memories and images of the original trauma(s), create emotional responses, such as stress, anxiety, guilt, loneliness,  all leading to seeking relief through addiction /addictive behavior.</p>
<p>It was Einstein who stated, &#8220;you can&#8217;t solve the problem at the level of the problem&#8221;.  With the help of hypnosis and specifically a technique called ERT or Emotional Release Therapy, clients have found fast relief from the emotions of trauma within the first session. Once a client is able to obtain release from the emotions that have been causing stress, and the continued relief through addictive behaviors, then the work of finding a more appropriate response outside of addiction, and addictive behaviors can begin.</p>
<p>Using Hypnosis and ERT, has helped clients stop addictions to Crystal Meth, Alcohol, Nicotine, and a long list of other substances, and behaviors.  While there is no magic cure for any kind of chemical dependency / addiction, there are many tools and supports that can help ease the stress, and anxiety from trauma, and addiction. <p>Well let me tell you, the issue is not that there is anything wrong with you, you are perfectly fine, your brain is working perfectly fine, just the way that it was designed to work in fact. The problem is, what you are allowing yourself to focus on.</p>
<p>Most of us were taught to believe that we are our thoughts. Rene Descartes, the Christian Mystic, coined the phrase, &#8220;I think, therefore I am&#8221;!  The truth of the matter is that  your brain thinks, because that is what it is suppose to do. Our brains are what allow us to exist, and function on a daily basis. It runs our physical body, our heart, our internal functions, everything we need to live. It also has thousands and thousands of thoughts each day, thoughts based on lies and falsehoods that we have been trained to believe throughout the course of lives. The brain is one of the most incredible an sophisticated computers in existence, without it you could not live in this physical realm of time, space, and matter. The brain takes in thousands of bits of information and ideas on a daily basis and it interprets those bits of information and messages based on the information and messages that make up your basic program. If your brain, like most, was trained to look for the negative, to gossip, and make assumptions, then this leads to anxiety, and to stress. Your brain is working perfectly fine, as they say in the computer field, the hardware is running great, it is the software that needs to be changed. From the time you were a small child, your brain has been filled with images, messages, and lies that keep  you reacting with STRESS, and  ANXIETY, to the world around you. This is the brains basic programming.  BUT!!!! the brain is not you. You are the life force, the energy, the soul, the chi, the prana, that exist, behind it all. You are in control, not your brain.</p>
<p>As I describe it to my clients, think of yourself as driving a car. Think about getting into the car, turning the car on, putting the car into gear, taking the brake off, and then getting out of the car. What would happen to the car? The Car would starting moving around until it runs into something or gets into some type of wreak.</p>
<p>Now think of your body as the chassis to the car, the brain as the engine to the car, but where is the driver?</p>
<p>Most of us think of the brain as being who they are. We have allowed our selves to sit back and let the engine do the driving, putting the car into a form of auto pilot. We just sit back and give up true control.</p>
<p>What if you were to learn how to take control, what if you were to learn how to focus, and start directing our daily lives, our goals, our plans, and our dreams. Think about it, you are in complete and total control of yourself, and your reactions. While there may be things like random events and there may be random people that come into your life, you have NO control over these events or people. You do have COMPLETE Control over your reactions and your attitudes. This is the gift you were given when you were born into this world, complete and total free will, to react, behave, and live out your life. Why not live your life with a minimum of anxiety, and / or stress.</p>
<p>You can spend your life focusing on all the negatives, you can spend your life reacting to all of the seemingly random events in your life, or you can TAKE CONTROL, you can use your mind, instead of it using you. Just by taking control of what you focus on, you will be amazed at the things you can accomplish. Quit Smoking, Quit Addictive behaviors and substances. Attract and sustain better and healthier relationships. Reduce depression, anxiety, and stress.</p>

When the client first came in they were looking for the magic bullet, they wanted to be put into a deeper trance state through hypnosis, given a few suggestions, and everything would be great, their anxiety would be gone.</p>
<p>The problem with that approach is that it is at best a band aid effect, at worse the band aid effect  effect will wear off very quickly.</p>
<p>We live in trance states every day of our lives. An example would be that you go into your job, sit down at your desk, look at the massive amounts of e-mails, and work orders  that you need to answer or respond to. You begin to feel tension as you start to focus on the amount of work that you need to get done, you begin to think about how far behind you will be if you are not able to accomplish this, and your mind is off in a deep trance phenomena called time distortion. In common terms you would have shifted your awareness out of present time, and are now focused on an imaginary future in which things are falling apart because you have fallen so far behind.  In reality, none of this has happened, you have simply sat down and are trying to organize your day.</p>
<p>The same can be said for the client I mentioned at the beginning of this Post. The client meets a new prospective partner. They spend time getting to know each other, go out on a couple of dates, and things begin to feel like they need to move to the next level. They decide to go out for a nice dinner the following weekend, the client begins to worry about where they should eat, will the partner like his choice restaurants, will be able to have a smooth conversation, or will he begin to fumble and be at a loss for words. He begins to remember relationships in the past, and he focuses on everything that could have gone, that did go wrong, or that wasn&#8217;t perfect. The clients anxiety begins to rise, he worries about the type of impression that he will make, and this focus on the imaginary future begins to spiral out of control , The client is, without conscious awareness, experiencing trance phenomenon such as age regression, focusing on past events or imagining future events. He is experiencing his minds own post hypnotic suggestions, (based on fears and anxieties0. Without awareness he experiences the phenomenon of dissociation, the desire to not experience the tension in the body being created by the anxiety, but instead of taking care of the anxiety he simply represses it, thus causing even more anxiety and tension to be produced in response to the repression.</p>

<p>What Are You Really Addicted To?</p>
<p>Over the last several years, I have been dividing my time between my Hypnotherapy Practice, “Foundations Personal Energy Mastery”,  and my position as a Chemical Dependency Counselor with Downtown Emergency Services Center.</p>
<p>As I continue to work with clients who present as addicted to various substances, and I delve deeper and deeper into the whole idea of addiction, I am beginning to understand just how people have been trained to believe that it is their substance of choice that is the enemy. In other words, people have been taught to believe that they must fight against the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual addiction to their drug of choice, but what if this were not the case.</p>
<p>What if the thing that people are really addicted to is negative emotions?</p>
<p>As I tell all of my clients, if you didn’t get a benefit from your habit or addiction, you would not have to struggle to let go of your habit or addiction.</p>
<p>Think about that. The first time you lit up, drank up, ate up, snorted up, etc. you felt some form of elation, some form of letting go. What were you letting go of? Were you letting go of stress, anxiety, pain, anger, social phobia, some negative emotional response that your mind was creating in your body.</p>
<p>You probably did not think a lot about what you were letting go of, but you did feel different, you felt something better than what you were experiencing before. You had found a way of repressing whatever the negative emotion was, by flooding your body with a new emotion. At first the new emotion did the job, it gave you relief. Eventually the new relief became another negative emotion that you now have to deal with.</p>
<p>Conventional wisdom tells you that all your problems will be solved when you can break the addiction to the substance.</p>
<p>What if the true solution lies in breaking the addiction to negative emotions?  Your body has become so use to having negative emotions flood the system that we don’t even recognize that would we go into withdrawal without them. Originally you were identifying yourself as a person dealing with anxiety, anger, pain, social phobia, etc. Instead of getting rid of the negative emotion that you identified with, you found a way of creating a new negative emotion to identify with. Now you are identifying yourself as an addict, instead of a person who lives with pain, a person who is overweight, a person who has low self worth, or low self esteem.</p>
<p>When you take away any of these identities, you go into type of withdrawal, that will cause even more anxiety, and fear, leading to more of a need to repress or avoid emotions with some kind of addictive behavior or substance.. Your ego cannot live without some form of identity, and in most cases, (without even knowing it), we are identifying with the negatives in our lives.</p>
<p>If you are a person who has gone into their recovery journey, then you have taken on a new positive identity, you become a Recovering (Fill in the Blank).</p>
<p>So many of my clients find this route to be wonderful, uplifting, and fulfilling for the next chapter of their lives, BUT!!! Eventually, and I always hear this question, “Is this all there is? Will I be going to meetings, and groups for the rest of my life?” At this point, the positive identity starts to become a negative identity. The body once again begins to be flooded with negative emotions. And we are right back where you started. What is the answer?</p>
<p>According to medical research, our bodies are filled with repressed negative emotions. (Dr. John Sarno, Back Pain is all in the Mind). We are taught from an early age, that we need to buck up, be strong, don’t cry, be a Man, or be an Adult. We are taught that emotions are a sign of weakness. We unconsciously agree that these emotions are so undesirable, and so unwanted, that we refuse to acknowledge them. Instead our unconscious mind will create disharmony in the body that keeps us from even realizing we have these undesirable and unwanted emotions.</p>
<p>Most of the time these emotions are simple emotions of anxiety, fear, phobias, quilt, shame, and the list goes on, and on. We have been taught throughout our childhood and our young adult hood, that good, well adjusted people do not have these feelings and so our brains, our egos,  end up distracting us with other conditions, such as pain, diseases,  and addictions, things that we are not really responsible for, and that can be cured by outside forces, like prescription medicine, surgery, and long term counseling.</p>
<p>Every day I deal with people who are told that they need to remember to take their medicine, they need to remember to attend their groups, they need to remember to do whatever the outside solution is for their issues.</p>
<p>The funny thing is that none of this is going to work in the long term, until the person decides that they want to something different. You can continue to relay on outside sources to change you, or you can take control of your thoughts, you can take care of your emotions, and cleanse yourself of the negative emotions that started this in the first place.</p>
<p>HOW???</p>
<p>I have said this before, and I will say it again:</p>
<p>Everything that exists is energy.  Your body, the clothes you are wearing, the air that you, are breathing, the paper that this article is written on, the chair that you may be sitting on is made up of atoms / molecules and empty space. Emotions are pure energy!!!!!</p>
<p>Quantum Physics tells us that everything that exists is nothing more than tiny bits of vibrating energy.  Since everything is energy, and all energy vibrates at different frequencies, then that means that your body, clothes, air, etc. are all vibrating at specific frequencies. The emotions that flood your body are actually very powerful bits of vibration energy.</p>
<p>Through a device called the electro encephalogram it is shown that our brain vibrates in beats per second, just like our heart vibrates in beats per minutes.  There are, in fact, four identified states of vibration when it comes to brain wave activity.</p>
<p>The Beta state, which is a vibratory rate of about 14 to 21 cycles per second, this is the state of normal waking consciousness in which we use our normal five senses to keep us in touch with the world around us, sight, hearing, smell, touch, and tasted.  The Alpha state, which is a vibratory rate of about 7 to 13 cycles per second, this is the state of consciousness in which a person is usually daydreaming, meditating, falling asleep, just or waking up.  In this state we are less able to correctly perceive the low of time and space, and we use a form of intuition when interacting with our surroundings.  When you enter the state of Alpha through hypnosis, or meditation, you are in control of the state.  The next state is called the theta state, which is a vibratory rate of about 4 to 7 cycles per second, generally associated with deep sleep and containing very limited therapeutic applications, while the last state is called Delta, and it is a vibratory rate of about 1 to 3 cycles per second, associated with people who are in a deep coma state, definitely not containing any specific therapeutic applications.</p>
<p>With Hypnosis, Meditation, and Self Awareness, you can use your brain, to master, and release negative emotions. When you release these negative emotions you give yourself a head start in building a life based on positive emotions, positive identities.</p>
<p>With a technique called Emotional Release Technique, through Foundations Hypnosis, and Personal Energy Mastery, you can actually rid yourself of repressed negative emotions that have been the root of so much disease, pain, and addictions. With just a few simple sessions you can give yourself a new life, a life in which you can start practicing new behaviors, new life choices that allow you to create what you want in your life.</p>
