The first session is about 2 hours, (including paperwork and getting to know each other), this session is $200.00.

The cost of additional  sessions will be $100.0o. (For following sessions) Each session will last no less than thirty minutes, & no longer than 1 hour.

As a client I understand and agree to the condition that I am responsible for keeping all scheduled sessions, and must give at least 24 hours notification of any cancellations of scheduled appointment.  In the event that I do not give at least 24 hours notification of a cancellation then I understand that I will forfeit the fee for the scheduled session.

I understand that good and lasting results often require several hypnosis sessions, and that I may be required to practice self-hypnosis and/or listen to a reinforcement recording between sessions/at home. I am responsible for actively cooperating with, and participating in my program.   DLScott, Certified Hypnotist, and Chemical Dependency Counselor shall not be held accountable for the results I attain.  I understand that I may be referred elsewhere for proper treatment, and that my program may be terminated if deemed appropriate.
